The Fall of the Czars and the Russian Revolution

Rasputin is still quite the controversial figure despite the fact Russian nobles assassinated him in late 1916. An eccentric character, he rose to fame and became the personal mystic of Czar Nicolas II after sharing eerily specific and accurate psychic visions concerning their son's health. What is perhaps the most famous prediction Rasputin made concerned the downfall of the Czars and the onset of the Russian Revolution.

He predicts, “But if I am murdered by boyars, nobles, and if they shed my blood, their hands will remain soiled with my blood for twenty-five years, and they will leave Russia. Brothers will kill brothers, and they will kill each other and hate each other, and for twenty-five years, there will be no peace in the country.” True to his vision, less than three months from his assassination, the Russian Revolution swept St. Petersburg in early March of 1917.

Stock Market Crash of 1929

The next two predictions were famously made by Edgar Cayce, a prominent American clairvoyant. During a private reading for a young physician in 1925, the psychic accurately predicted that the doctor would come into a large sum of money. Too bad the reading didn’t stop there because Cayce then stated that the physician should take extra care to protect his wealth from “adverse forces that will come then in 1929.” One might wonder if the young doctor heeded his warning.

World War II

Edgar Cayce strikes again with another shocking vision that turned out to be true. In 1935, the mystic warned a freight agent he met during his travels of evil and catastrophic events that were forming around the world. When he was asked to elaborate, he stated this would result in “…an entire world at war. This will be indicated by the Austrians, Germans, and later the Japanese joining in their influence; unseen, and gradually growing to those affairs where there must become, as it were, almost a direct opposition to that which has been the theme of the Nazis.” Too bad Cayce is not alive today to give us some spot-on insight into our future!

The Notre Dame Fire

Now we enter into the more recent events eerily foreseen by mystics and psychics. Nicolas Aujula, a clairvoyant living in London, has made several small scale, pop culture predictions inspired by visionary dreams. Outside the realm of celebrities, the young psychic was alarmed when he had several vibrant dreams of “a fire at a large, beloved, historical church.” In early 2019, the nearly 900-year-old church was severally damaged by an internal fire.

The Coronavirus Pandemic

Sylvia Brown had quite a successful career writing several books as well as hosting a psychic hotline. In 2008, over ten years before the COVID-19 outbreak, the clairvoyant predicted a “severe pneumonia-like illness” would bring the world to its knees in 2020. Brown passed away in 2013 and did not witness the chilling accuracy of her prediction.
