Hello, I'm Ashley, and I've had a deep empathic nature since I was very young. I learned about this nature from being naturally quiet when I was younger. I would sit silently often in a room full of adults and find myself spacing out, only to realize once I did this, I was actually tapping into the energy of those around me. I could feel the different energies in the room and I eventually realized later on, I was feeling not only who these people truly were, but their feelings in those moments. I remember surprising a co worker once because I picked up a piece of information about her without trying, I simply just knew.
