An empathic reading draws on a reader's own empathic ability, their capacity to feel and absorb another person's emotions, to gain insight into a client's current emotional state or a relationship they're navigating.

Because this ability is based on emotion rather than images or words, a session often feels less like a prediction and more like being deeply understood. A reader may describe picking up on tension, sadness, or excitement a client hasn't yet named out loud, which can open up parts of a situation the client didn't realize needed addressing.
