Yes. Call 1-800-2-AskNow (1-800-227-5669). You will be asked if you are a new or existing customer.
New customers will need to create an account using their 10-digit phone number and select a 4-digit PIN. Once you have time in your account:
• Enter the extension of the psychic you would like to talk to.
• If the psychic is available, we will connect your call. If the psychic is not available, you can either schedule a call back or select another psychic.
What if I do not know my psychic's extension?
You can find your psychic's extension by accessing the AskNow website. If you know your psychic's user name, enter it into the "Search Our Psychics" search box. If you have previously spoken with the psychic, you can view the extension when viewing your Usage Details in your member account.
What if I'm not sure about my 10-digit account number or 4-digit PIN?
You can find both the phone number and PIN we have on file for you by visiting your My Account page. For your 10-digit account number, you can try using any phone number that you have called from to access your account. If you are still having difficulties call customer service at 1-800-660-1922.
What if I want to change my call back phone number, 10-digit account number or 4-digit PIN?
Simply log into your account and you will have access to change any of these numbers.
What if the psychic I want to talk to isn't available?
If the psychic you would like to talk to isn't available, you can schedule
a call back. We recommend selecting a 4 hour timeframe for a call back. If
the psychic becomes available in the timeframe you selected, we will connect
you by calling your preferred phone
number on file.

• If you are a new customer, you will be asked to set up an account and purchase time. Existing customers must log in.
• We will then connect you to your psychic with the phone number you have provided. If you have selected chat, you will start a chat session with your psychic.
• If you run out of time during your reading, you will have the ability to recharge your account.
• When your call or chat session is over, you have the option to rate your psychic and add the psychic to your Favorite Psychics List.

What is a recharge?
A recharge allows you to purchase additional time at the end of your reading, without disconnecting from the psychic you are currently talking to or chatting with. If you run out of time while receiving a reading, the recharge message will be played, giving you the option of purchasing more time to add to your account. Your psychic will be placed on hold while you make your decision. This feature is only available for customers that pay with a credit card.
How will I know when a recharge message is playing?
During a phone reading, you and your psychic will both hear a tone, signifying that you have one minute left in your account. When you reach zero minutes, you will hear your purchase options, while the psychic is hearing a message to stay on hold until you make a decision about extending your current reading. By making a purchase, you will be able to continue your reading with the same psychic.
During an online chat, the amount of time you have in your account is displayed at the top of the window. When you run out of time, a message will appear in your chat window with a link to your recharge options. By making a purchase, you will be able to continue your reading with the same psychic.
How can I give psychic readings?
If you possess psychic and tarot abilities, are 18 years of age or older, and
want to share your gift with customers, you can earn great income while
working out of your home. You create your own schedule and work whenever

What if I signed up over the phone and did not create a user name?
No problem, when you sign up over the phone you would have entered your 10-digit phone number, and 4-digit PIN. When accessing the member login screen on AskNow.com, click the link in the "Already a phone customer" section to create a website login. On this screen, you will be asked to enter the 10-digit phone number and 4-digit PIN that was created over the phone. Enter the security code displayed and press Submit. You will then be prompted to create a website user name, password and enter an email address, if there is not one already on file for this phone number and PIN combination.
What is a user name and how do I choose one?
A user name is the name you have created which is used to log into the AskNow website and identify yourself to psychics. Please note: psychics will not have access to your real name and personal information. A user name can be anything you choose, but must be at least 6 characters and a maximum of 20 characters. The user name may contain spaces, but not special characters.
What if I signed up over the phone and did not create a user name?

Can I change my user name at a future time?
Yes, once you have logged into the system, you can go to the "Change Password or PIN" link from your member account menu and edit your user name.
Are certain user names not acceptable?
Yes, AskNow will review user names; please do not create a user name which is explicit in language or theme.
Why do you ask for my phone number?
When you register on the website or phone, you will be asked to enter your phone number.
This will act as your 10-digit account number. You will also be asked to create a 4-digit PIN.
Your phone number/PIN combination is unique to you and you should not share this with anyone, including your psychic.
When you access your account through the AskNow phone service (1-800-2AskNow), you will be asked for both your phone number and PIN.
It is possible to use more than one phone number to access our system. Any of your phone numbers, combined with your PIN, will allow you to access the service.
What if I forget my PIN?
Please call Customer Service at 1-800-660-1922. After verifying your account information, customer service can help you to reset your PIN.

What is the best way to find a psychic on AskNow?
We invite all visitors to spend time browsing our psychics to select the psychic of their choice. Psychics are usually listed by ranking (highest to lowest) based on availability and customer satisfaction. Most customers rate each psychic at the end of their reading.
Customers can also write comments about a particular psychics.
We then post these ratings and comments at the bottom of each psychic's listing page.
There are several ways to find your ideal psychic:
By Category. From the home page you can view our "Most Popular Psychics" or select and view psychics in a particular category. You can then click the psychic's "More about me" link to visit the psychic's listing page. You can browse listings until you settle on a psychic that's currently available, or schedule a call back if the psychic you desire is busy.
Search. From almost every page on the site, you can conduct a search. You can find a psychic by extension number or user name by entering it in the search field under "Search Our Psychics." If you are interested in a specialty not listed under the main categories, you can also enter what you are looking for into the search box and press the "Go" button.
Advanced Search. You can conduct an advanced search by clicking on the "Advanced Search" link under the "Search Our Psychics" entry box. The advanced search area allows you to create a psychic match by gender, zodiac sign, or specify a particular language.
Once I find my ideal psychic, then what?
If you have an account, you can talk or chat with the psychic immediately.
You can also add any psychic to your favorites list. When you log into your account you will see the status of all your favorite psychics.
You can also schedule a call back if your favorite psychic is busy or not available.
What happens if the psychic I want to talk to is busy?
Each psychic has a status button that reflects whether they are available to
take calls or chats. If a psychic's status button reads "Unavailable" or "On
a Call/Chat," clicking it will present you with the opportunity to schedule
a call back. When you schedule a call back, if the psychic becomes available
with a timeframe you select, we will try to connect you with your psychic by
calling you on your preferred phone number on file. We recommend selecting a
4 hour timeframe for call backs.
