IVR based rating

Things are finally fitting into place at the hotel, they pretty much are accomodating my hours and when i want off and so forth, so right now I feel ok with things. As for Kyle, Im beyond frustrated--I know you say be patient with him, but how can i when I had to tell him that it would be nice to spend more time together, or at least communicate more, he has been on a downward spiral since, he just told me on the phone his life is meaningless, he is a failure, and he is so pathetic, he keeps pushing me away even when i encourage him that he is a wonderful person. I don't know if i can be with a person that is so depressed and living in his past and doesn't see what he has in the present with me, he is a completely different man than when i met him. Is there hope here with him?? I will be getting more minutes around the 23rd of the month, that is when i will call with an update. Keep me in your thoughts and let me know what you feel on Kyle at that time. Thanks for your guidance and wisdom. J
